An independent european company specialising in the design, manufacture, and marketing of mechanical and digital safety solutions. Selling to large organisations, homeowners, and SMEs across the world for more than 30 years.

Hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible working between core hours 8.00am to 5.00pm. Located centrally to localamenities and easily accessible via public transport. The Essence of the Role
Providing excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to order confirmation. Dealing with all customer enquiries, providing help and advise on the products available and supporting the regional sales manager with reports on pricing, historical ordersand samples.

Scope of the Order Processing Coordinator
- Liaising directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or occasionally face to face
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries, queries
- Providing help and advice on the company’s product ranges
- Supply pricing, delivery times
- Sending quotations to customers electronically
- Follow up after quotations
- Processing orders from customers
- Sending order confirmations
- Support the regional Sales Managers, pricing, samples and historical orders
- Maintaining records on the CRM

Prerequisites
- Experience in a similar b2b and b2c customer service/order processing role
- Good communication skills, spoken & written
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word), Good Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups)
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics Nav desirable but not essential.
