Head of Call Centre

My client is looking for a Head of Call Centre to join and demonstrate strong leadership - inspiring colleagues with a new vision of the future and moving forward as they continue to grow and stand out as industry leaders.
The Group Head of Call Centre will contribute to the overall performance of Operations through their functional leadership and contribution as a member of the Operational Leadership Team and to the performance of the Group through participation as a memberof the broader leadership team. The role is responsible for creating an integrated and aligned, high performance customer Contact Centre by transitioning from three separate contact centres to a single unified contact centre, implementing an omni-channel strategyand delivering improved operational and collection performance in line with client and business expectations through highly engaged colleagues.
Skills & Experience:
- You will have proven experience of leading customer contact centre operation of over 100 FTE and of leading such an operation through periods of growth, transition or change.
- Your leadership and communications skills to lead and motivate a changing and demanding service operation will be excellent, supported by a deep knowledge of what good looks like in contact centre performance.
- Your commercial, client and people focus will only be matched by your energy and positive attitude.
