Fancy escaping the ordinary at The Bear Grylls Adventure? We're currently looking for a Call Centre Advisor who has a “be the best you can be” attitude, a passion for customer service and a desire to drive sales

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment is desirable
- A strong communicator who can influence others and build strong working relationships and rapport with our guests and colleagues from across the business
- The ability to achieve great results and meet performance targets
- An organised individual with excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
- A professional and safety conscious individual

Every guest is different, so you’ll identify each guests’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a solution.

This is a permanent role offering on average 20 hours per week. Due to the nature of our unique business flexibility is a must and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays.
