Based within the Careers Service, the role will lead on employer engagement activity for the Careers Service and support the development of an employer engagement strategy. The role will involve proactively building new partnerships with key occupational sectors and delivering an enhanced programme of events and activities to increase employer access for students.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of successful stakeholder management and strong knowledge of relevant labour markets. A strong skillset is required to carry out this role including excellent communication, planning and IT skills. The ability to network and negotiate is essential in this role.
