Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and Excel (in some cases)
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting activities
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal management team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
