**Position**: Contact Centre Agent (Fixed Term Contract)

**Department/Group**: Operations

**Reporting to**: Collections Team Leader

**Location**: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working. This allows you to work from home

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 17:30 pm. Saturday work is every 4 weeks between the hours of 09:00 am - 13:00 pm, which is received back in time off in lieu

**Type**:Fixed Term contract of 3 months - Permanent opportunities could be available for the right individual

Due to the continued success and growth of Snap Finance, we now need additional support in the **Collections Team** and are on the hunt for a **Temporary Contact Centre Agent** to join our team.

**The role and responsibilities include**:

- Make outbound calls to customers manually and via the dialler (internal system) and answer inbound calls to collect amounts past due and set affordable repayments.
- Passing calls onto the Collections team if a customer is facing financial difficulties.
- Making informed decisions based on the unique circumstances and information given.
- To provide the best advice and guidance ensuring it’s aligned within regulatory requirements.

**To be successful in the role as a Temporary Contact Centre Agent** **we require the following skills and experience**:

- Previous telephone experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT Literate.
- Pro-active; help find one-stop resolutions.
