**Job Title**:Payroll/ Accounts Administrator
**Unit Name**: Wynyard Hall Hotel
**Reports to**:Group Accountant
**Purpose of the Role**:
Responsible for monthly payroll process and maintaining accurate payroll records, purchase ledger and cash banking / bank reconciliation.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Payroll**
- Process monthly payroll for approximately 120 employees
- Monitoring of Holidays & Sickness
- Issue employee contracts
- Monthly submissions to HMRC
- Payroll Year End
**Purchase Ledger**
- Maintain the purchase ledger
- Supplier BACS payments
**Cash banking**
- Cashing up and reconciliation of various revenue departments
- Daily bank reconciliation
**Other**
- Petty cash control
- Assist in annual audit
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
