Payroll Assistant

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a company based in Billingham with the position of Payroll Assistant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management and maintenance of payroll records for 400 global company staff
- Maintaining the Payroll system, ensuring employee records held are current, up to date and changes processed where required.
- Collate information required for payroll and input into systems
- Deal with Payroll queries, including regular communication with country partners to ensure regulations are followed
- Assist with the administrative HR side of the business, including - Starters / Changes and Leavers
- Assisting with HR management reports
Experience
- Experience working in a Payroll department
- Experience using various erp software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
