**The role**:
This is a critical role within the Talent and Development department to support the company’s High Performance, Talent, Succession and Development agenda. The company has a progressive agenda with a real focus on Energy Transition, Inclusion and Diversity,Health and Wellbeing and ESG and this role will be fundamental to delivering our key goals and making a real impact on our overall culture and engagement.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of T&D with the Design and Delivery of the Talent and Development strategy
- Partner with the Head of Talent in Talent identification and development requirements
- Review the current Talent and Development offering through consultation and partnering with stakeholders and make recommendations for change
- Determine the priorities to support the current and ongoing needs of the business with particular focus on management and leadership development
- Design and deliver Learning solutions to support a High Performance culture
- Review and enhance the overall Onboarding and Induction programme
- Support the implementation of the wider agenda through programmes such as Inclusion and Diversity, Health and Wellbeing and ESG

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience of designing and embedding T&D initiatives which promote culture change, behaviours and values and enhance employee engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to support, coach and advise managers
- Highly capable at managing multiple high profile initiatives end to end
- Project Management and change management skills with the ability to manage complex and difficult T&D projects to successful conclusion
- Strong collaborator and self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and can business partner multiple stakeholders
- Experience of creating and delivering a range of talent and development interventions with proven business benefits
- Experience of successfully influencing culture change supporting the development of a performance culture in organisations
- Experience of managing change and leading on T&D projects with successful implementation
- Experience of identifying skills gaps and developing learning solutions
- Experience of dealing with 3rd party providers
- Enthusiastic and able to work autonomously
- A confident communicator with good oral and written communication skills
- Negotiation skills to be able to broker solutions in a wide variety of scenarios and the courage and ability to challenge practices where necessary
- Resilient and has a Continuous Improvement / solutions focussed mindset
- Degree or professional human resources or organisational development qualification, or equivalent experience
- Desirable - qualifications or equivalent experience in Coaching, Mentoring and psychometric testing
