We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Business Partner to join our Certas Energy Team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the delivery of the internal communications strategy across diverse stakeholder groups using innovative communication solutions
- Develop, maintain and enhance communication and feedback channels
- Drive measurement and track communications campaign engagement - adapt and optimise as required
- Provide sound communications advice and expertise
- Coordinate key leadership events - in person and virtual

**Required skills / experience**:

- Demonstrable experience of Internal Communications methodologies ideally around Change management, Culture and Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity and Business Strategy and performance
- Experience of working with varied content management systems - past experience of implementing an intranet would be highly beneficial
- Creative thinker with strong writing and editing skills and ability to communicate across diverse colleague groups
- Strong collaborator and self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and can business partner multiple stakeholders
- Highly capable at managing multiple high profile initiatives end to end
