We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Tenant Voice Officer. This job is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a 18 Month Secondment opportunity, for internal applicants and a 18 Month Fixed Term Contract, for external applicants.
This role is working from our office in Bury St. Edmunds. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
As a Tenant Voice Officer, you will drive forward the tenant voice framework by engaging with our tenants and listening to as many views as possible, so that we can deliver outstanding customer service and improve the areas in which our tenants live.
Working alongside various teams across the business, you will ensure the tenant experience is easy, empathetic and low effort, whilst focusing on building trust and understanding our tenants’ needs. Also organising and attending community initiatives and engagement activities to gain better insight into our tenants.
You’ll own, manage, and resolve tenant complaints aiming for fairness, swift resolution and learning whilst accurately recording information across our systems. Additionally responsible for acknowledging and distributing MP and Housing Ombudsman enquiries in a timely manner.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Tenant Voice Officer from those with previous experience of working in a customer facing role, handling complaints and building relationships. You will need a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and focusing on the customer and their needs.
A highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable taking initiative and being creative with ways of engaging our customers.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, you will also require a full valid driving licence.
