**Role Definition**:
Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers. Ensuring proper labour relations.
- Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.
- Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software. Degree Requirement Degree or equivalent experience desired

Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.

- Ensures the planning process is integrated with the overall business plan.
