**Head of Propositions - AXA Health**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Lead, inspire and coach a team of proposition professionals **to meet and exceed our revenue generation KPIs and create a population of profitable, satisfied, engaged members
- ** Define the shape of the team and priorities**:

- Define our **vision and strategy (including success measures)** for our healthcare and wellbeing propositions in terms of **access to care, care orchestration, member satisfaction and patient outcome**s
- Working with Strategy, Commercial, Digital and other internal stakeholders develop a **clear platform and partnership strategy **able to quickly pivot our offerings and chosen partners through flexible technologies
- Working with Strategy to identify and stake out the territories in which we have a **right to win and for which our members need support and help**, earning commitment to our future proposition and customer strategies
- Define, deliver and sustain a **compelling, innovative proposition roadmap and **delivery pipeline** across the whole AXA Health portfolio, incorporating the Wellbeing and Prevention pathways into a singular vision that delivers a **coherent orchestrated set of journeys and next-best action recommendations **based on a digital-first premise
- Ensure that all AXA Health propositions are developed in an appropriate manner, meeting **regulatory, Group requirements with clear risk management oversight, member benefits and attractive commercial outcomes**:

- Embed an** agile, customer-led way of working across the team**, showcasing and role-modelling a digital-first approach to proposition development and care orchestration
- Identify **third party partners who we can bring into our orchestrated care journeys** to deliver great outcomes for our members; work with other internal teams to hand over these partners for in-life delivery and optimisation
- Ensure all processes and activities maintain AXA policies regarding regulatory and compliance requirements, business continuity and financial integrity and robust systems are in place to monitor & manage adherence

**What you’ll bring**:

- Significant experience in designing, building and launching digital-first, connected health, wellbeing, prevention and customer service propositions into the market
- Experience in developing and implementing digitally enabled customer journeys with clear focus on customer experience, satisfaction
- Track record of implementing customer-led innovation processes and building cross-functional coalitions to make change happen
- Strategic thinker with ability to synthesise large amounts of structured and unstructured information to create clear, compelling vision of the future
- Excellent commercial, technical and strategic marketing skills with proven experience in understanding and translating customer need, building communications, delivering campaigns, creating content and meeting targets
- Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Powerful communicator with ability to clearly articulate ideas, orally and in writing
- Can deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and able to analyse, drawing action orientated conclusions. Able to thrive under pressure.
