**Description**:
It’s an exciting time to join the Marketing and Communications team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team.
Working in AXA Health, you will primarily provide support to the Marketing & Propositions Director. You will get the opportunity to engage with AXA Management at all levels of the organisation both UK and global. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maximise use of time through effective diary management, arranging meetings and events ensuring suitable rooms and set up. To support with Agenda /Minutes production and monitor/chase progress of agreed tasks and deadlines.
- Production of written correspondence for team, forums and committees as directed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with management teams, key stakeholders and third parties To provide ad hoc support for other Pas and heads of/directors as required.
- Manage and coordinate responses to annual HR processes including mid-year reviews, end of year reviews, PDP’s, pay and bonus administration. Organise business travel and event management for Head Of and team tracking monthly expense against budgets. Positively contribute towards team culture.
**Qualifications**:
- High standard of general education to GCSE Level or above.
- Considerable experience in similar roles at Director or Board level would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent networking and influencing skills.
- Expert knowledge of software e.g. Sharepoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other appropriate in house systems.
- Well developed prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of AXA Health and AXA UK organisation.
- High levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to confidently communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Flexibility, adaptability and able to multi-task in a fast-paced commercial environment.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
