We are seeking a Office Administrator to provide administrative support in all areas of our growing business at 30-40 hours per week. The Office Administrator role is multi-faceted and will include receptionist and office manager duties as well as HR administration duties as assigned by the HR Practice Areas. This role will support both internal staff as well as clients. This is a newly formed position in our company and will require someone who enjoys working with entrepreneurial companies, is curious, enjoys providing a high-level of service partnered with a high attention to accuracy and welcomes the challenges that come with taking direction from internal consultant staff as well as from their direct supervisor. Learning new online software tools, handling multiple projects and all the administrative duties required to provide timely and awesome service to our clients is also critical. This position will play a central role in the day-to-day administrative operations and is a fantastic opportunity for the right person waiting for the right entry level position which offers loads of growth opportunity on the ground floor of a company with a grand vision for success.

**Reception/Office Administration**
- Greet and welcome our esteemed clients and visitors
- Manage all office needs and serve as front line support
- Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages.
- Create and revise administrative templates in Microsoft Office, i.e.; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Maintain company calendar
- Coordinate meetings and use of conference room
- Assist in filing duties
- Open, sort and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Provide other administrative support to organization staff as needed

**Human Resources**
- Verify all client new hire paperwork is complete and maintain client personnel files.
- Compile and enter client payroll data from related paperwork.
- Review, organize and process client employee reports. Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Practice Area Leader.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in business or equivalent experience and education
- Technical knowledge in using Microsoft Office products, Google Docs, Dropbox, GoToMeeting, HubDocs, QuickBooks Online, or other small business software.

- Solid organizational and project management skills including; ability to establish priorities, navigate back and forth between multiple tasks/priorities and strong detailed execution
