Fleming & Howland is a boutique furniture maker with a high level of expectations when it comes to quality and service. We sell direct to consumers globally and so setting client expectations in advance is crucial. We need to provide a service that surpasses the norm by going above and beyond.

**The Position**:
**Key Duties**:

- Resolving problems and complaints.
- Working with couriers, freight forwarders and logistics companies to track and trace deliveries.
- Liaising with clients when there are damages or customer services issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Other admin duties related to customer management.

**About You (**_essential_**)**
- An understanding of the importance of quality customer service and how critical behaviours impact the customer experience.
- Proven experience working within a customer service position to a very high level.
- Take ownership with a positive attitude and a drive to be proactive.
- Exceptional IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Confident attitude with excellent English both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Ability to work without too much direction following training.
- Excellent presentation, social ease and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- A genuine interest in the luxury interiors or furniture industry.

**About You (**_advantageous_**)**
- An understanding of export documentation, incoterms and cross-border selling.
- German or French as a second language.
