This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a **Sales Manager**with**Jewson** and be fully accountable for all sales and the sales budget within the Business Unit. You'll be working alongside the Business Unit Director on overallperformance and delivery of a differentiated customer value proposition. Also managing all sales resource available to the business unit and develop the sales team.

As a **Sales Manager**with**Jewson** the main responsibilities are below but not limited to:

- Support in the transformation of Jewson and the Business Unit, fully accountable for all sales and the sales budget within the Business Unit.
- Implement the national sales plan across the business unit with support from the Business Unit Director.
- Develop, lead, coach and support the sales team in delivering a differentiated customer value proposition and increase customer spend.
- Develop strong relationships with all key customers, working closely with colleagues to ensure customer relationships are managed.
- Develop a rolling 12 month local sales plan with the branches in the business unit to enable growth in our target market.
- Challenge performance and take necessary actions or provide coaching where needed.
- Make critical decisions on the continual improvement of the extended product range in line with the business unit sales plan.
- Coach the sales team on pricing best practices within the business unit market to enable effective commercial decision making.
- Support the Business Unit Director on developing a strong sales forecast.
- Lead and support on recruitment of all sales vacancies across the business unit.
- Deliver short-term or one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Manager.
