Sales Manager (New Business)
Remote Work From Home Role
The Role:
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development of a robust sales strategy that is executed well will be key to your success, focused on identifying suitable retailers that would benefit from the company's portfolio of services. You will deliveryour agreed revenue and margin targets through effective sales targeting, campaigning, engagement, solution selling and closing of deals.
Where new business opportunities are identified, ensure that the customer is introduced and engaged with the relevant team members to drive the opportunities to a successful conclusion and delivery.
The focus will also be on ensuring that client satisfaction levels around the company's deliverables are high, creating the platform to win further new business in line with the company's core proposition set.

With the scale and flexibility to deliver on projects of any size, the company's services cover everything from Consulting, Professional services, PoS/web/paymentsand mid-range ERP testing, development, retail Managed Service and implementation services. These services are delivered by a blend of resources from our UK and India offices.
**Requirements**:

- Extensive new business services sales experience within the retail and or B2C domain.
- Experience of selling professional and support/managed services.
- Proven experience of 'developing' existing accounts and building relationships at all levels.
- Experience of selling complex services from a 'cold' situation that spans a range of proposition areas. Adept at building strong proposition awareness and aligning that to customer's needs.
- Excellent knowledge of Retail Market place and both Retailers and Supplier solutions.
- Strong financial acumen - understands how to manage the financials of assigned accounts, and ensure that forecasting and business updates are accurate, to allow effective business decision making.
- Excellent problem solving, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to build, develop and maintain relationships.
- Good negotiation skills - both for closing deals and changes to terms and conditions.
- Good communication skills - able to build rapport quickly.
- High levels of energy and results orientation.
- Organised; able to operate at multiple levels across complex interactions.
