**Call Centre Administrator within our Income Team**
**Birmingham City Centre, QA Higher Education**
**Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm or 8.30am-5pm, Permanent Opportunity**
**About our role**: Are you a customer focused administrator used to dealing with large volumes of calls looking for a new and challenging opportunity within a busy & growing student income team. You might be an experienced call centre worker or perhaps a recent graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity.
- Travel to Manchester weekly (expensed) will be required
**Bring your experience**:
- Customer focused with good IT and computer skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills: High proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematical tasks.
- Ability to perform under pressure: capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented and Methodical: demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.
