**About the Role**

As an Operations Administrator, you will support our HR and Operational Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** HR and Recruitment -**Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants, organising interviews, preparing contracts, and managing compliance matters (references, DBS checks, safeguarding training).
- **Administrative Support -** Data entry, tracking and updating information, managing shared inboxes, proactively contacting employees to ensure timely submission of required documents and answering employee queries.
- **Operational Suppor**t - Administering resort allocations, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with training events, and managing equipment and uniforms.

**About you**
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Accurate data entry
- Multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Office tools, including Excel and Outlook
- Good IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- An interest in the travel industry
