We’re looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join Travel Nation to work alongside our Sales and Product Teams. The role is based in Brighton, in brand new offices, in the heart of the Lanes.

The job is ‘behind-the-scenes’ so there is no direct customer contact; instead, you will be working with our sales teams to assist with pre and post sales administration surrounding complex tailor-made ground itineraries, including hotels, transfers, tours, excursions, and train tickets.

The job is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays may be required.

- Experience in an office environment
- Good understanding Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Hard-working, quick to learn and self-motivated
- Logical thinking and a strong eye for detail
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise along with strong organisational skills
- Approachable and able to develop rapport with colleagues
- Experience working in the Travel Industry is beneficial but not required.

What you’ll be doing

You will be one of three administrators who support the sales team in all aspects of processing our ground product bookings. In this role you will manage your own workload, taking ownership of bookings and organising your time and work effectively. You will support team members during busy periods or during annual leave.
- Provide daily admin support to team (up to 15) of Sales Consultants
- Liaise with external suppliers to quote and manage bookings
- Maintain, update and amend existing bookings
- Maintain regular communication with consultants
- Deal with first level complaints & issues with any Travel Nation ground suppliers or problems on the ground.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
