Customer Operations Administrator

**We are seeking a motivated Customer Operations Administrator to join 2 of our Experience Education brands, JCA and Skibound. Come join us and play a key role in the delivery of our experiences.**
Our Customer Operations Administrator are responsible for the organisation behind the school trips and building key relations with Party Leaders. With JCA having 2 centres in the UK, and our Skibound trips covering Europe and North America, we provide great value and quality, and can tailor trips to suit each group’s requests.
**What you will be doing**:
- Dealing with group tour administration and party leader queries from point of confirmation
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that Tour requests are handed over accurately.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to tight schedules and detailed standards
- Processing passenger details and inputting these accurately onto the reservation system
- Dealing with party leaders requests and queries efficiently
- Dealing with and handling financial information including monitoring payments and producing invoices
- Developing strong rapports with UK and overseas operational staff
- Working with and advising Sales, Operations and commercial team on any changes, additions or relevant information regarding groups travelling.
- Keep the reservations system booking system up to date and accurate
- Being a part of the Internal on-call rota system
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent from the travel industry
- Interest or previous experience within the ski industry or UK Activity Centres would be valuable
- Excellent listening/communication skills and the ability to build trust
- Genuine passion for excellence in customer care
- Be pro-active, ready to take the initiative and think creatively to tackle challenges and confident to engage with a range of collaborators
- IT literate (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word), and good attention to detail
