Customer Service Administrator

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to provide an office-based link between customer and Company in order to satisfy queries, record and resolve problems and ensure a high standard of customer care in accordance with our customer commitment.

**In this role you will**:
- Complete all calls according to schedule and forward queries and keep managers, supervisors and colleagues informed as necessary and to carry out any reasonable request made by management
- Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
- Action messages received
- Liaise closely with other departments and provide support for the Customer Service Executives
- Carry out all tasks to comply with Company Policy on Health & Safety
- Comply with Company Policies and the Terms and Conditions of Employment and follow Company Procedures
- Foster and maintain good working relations with customers, Company and colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality of Company and customer business
- Other Ad hoc duties as required and attend training courses as required
