**Responsibilities**:
- Provide 3rd line support for all business critical systems
- Supervise Developer colleagues providing 2nd and 3rd line support
- Act as technical lead on a business critical system and multiple minor systems
- Maintain and monitor systems, including carrying out approved plans for upgrades and security patches
- Research and test solutions to business issues
- Carry out approved improvements to systems
- Co-ordinate small-medium sized projects
**Requirements**:
- Specialist/3rd line support for business systems
- Involvement in life-cycle of a significant systems project
- Proven SQL knowledge in a work-place environment
- Coding experience and understanding of coding concepts
- NEC Housing (Northgate/NPS) / Housing Knowledge
- QL Finance / finance knowledge
- Problem-solving
- Workload planning and management
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues with different levels of technical understanding and seniority

- **£35,000 per annum**:
- 27 working days holiday per annum
- Flexible / consolidated working hours (35 per week across 4 or 5 days)
