**Junior Systems Support Administrator**
Invisible systems offers its customers the ability to view their IoT data on its proprietary software called Real Time
Online (RTO). We are looking for someone with the right attitude and personality to support customers in getting onboarded, your role will to set up the customer dashboards and ensure their page is setup correctly with the right users. You will also be level 1 support for the customer to help solve their problems before escalating to the
Customer Success Manager. You will be someone who is flexible to deal with customers, be a system administrator and also jumping in if production needs a hand

**Key Responsibilities**
- Systems administration for RTO software
- System maintenance for customers
- Setting up customer dashboards
- Level 1 technical support
- RMA Handling
**Essential Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role desired but not essential
- Computer literate, with some experience of operating systems and/or PCs.
- Excellent customer service skills, being able to empathise with clients is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be liaising with our external and internal partners and will have a strong customer focus.
- A-Levels or BTEC or equivalent.
- Be able to demonstrate you are a team player, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work to agreed deadlines (SLA’s)
- Passionate and possess a willingness to learn.
**Remuneration**
- Salary £20k - £22k
- 10% Bonus
- Flexible benefits
- Flexible working - 3 days in office and 2 days flexible
