From CCTV through to Video for defects, fire detection and analytics such as detecting falls or theft, our tech goes beyond traditional surveillance - we provide real-time intelligence, automation, and actionable insights. As a Business Development Sales Executive, your primary focus will be creating and converting new business opportunities. You'll be the front line of our growth strategy - identifying target accounts, opening conversations, and taking prospects through a consultative discovery and solution-led sales process. This role blends SDR-style outreach with AE-style ownership. You won't just hand over leads as you'll own the conversation end-to-end from first contact through to negotiation and close. Working closely with our European colleagues and Competence Centre, this is a high-impact role within our Video Solutions and Services team and comes with autonomy, speed, and clear growth potential as we continue to scale. Other duties will include Identify, research, and target high-value prospects across key verticals. Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, events, email sequences). Run discovery calls and confidently position our differentiation. Deliver product walkthroughs, demonstrations and solution-focused presentations. Build and manage a pipeline from first touch to closed-won. Achieve and exceed monthly new business targets. Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and targeting What you can expect from our hiring process? Love outbound Finding, opening, and developing opportunities. Have proven experience in business development / outbound SDR / AE roles. Are confident speaking with technical and operational decision-makers. Can quickly learn and communicate the value of AI-based technology. Are target-driven, persistent, and motivated. Work with urgency, ownership, and resilience. CCTV, physical security, VMS, or system integration sales. AI / computer vision / SaaS / IoT solution knowledge. Selling into enterprise, critical infrastructure, logistics, retail, education or local government sectors.
