We are looking to strengthen our internal administration function with the addition of a bright and enthusiastic office administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, experienced administrator to help manage the office and further develop their career within a growing firm.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Office Administrator at Cypher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your main duties will include:
1. **Diary Management**:
- Coordinate and prioritise appointments, meetings, and other commitments.
2. **Client Communication**:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries on both the landline and Whatsapp and transferring calls and chats to the relevant team member.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
3. **Post Management**:
- Receive incoming post and packages and scan into our CRM system as required.
- Forward relevant correspondence to clients as required.
4. **Client Onboarding**:
- Assist in the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate the onboarding process.
5. **CRM System Maintenance**:
- Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure accurate and organized data entry, supporting the team in client interactions.
6. **General Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to address office needs and contribute to a positive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
**Salary**:
£24,000 - £28,000 FTE
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
