Location: Space Solutions Business Centre, Sefton Lane Industrial Estate, Maghull, Liverpool, L31 8BX

Hourly Rate: Up to £11.50ph

Hours per week: Part Time - Monday and Tuesday 9:00am until 4:00pm

We are actively recruiting for an Office Admin Assistant. We require an experienced and dedicated individual who can offer first class customer service to our clients and team members, supporting our culture of positivity and always demonstrating a professional approach.

You will be extremely efficient, used to working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with and providing administrative support to the Office team, Care team, Directors and Clients
- General administrative tasks as required, including general maintenance of the office environment
- Welcoming visitors and callers to the site, always providing a professional and memorable service
- Regular PPE stock checks and replenishing company stationery and supplies
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner

**Qualifications and Experience**:.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a recent administration role
- Experience of the Health & Social Care Sector (Desired)
- Demonstrates qualities which are attributed to honesty, discretion, and integrity.
