Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £15,981.43-£26,291.64 per year
