**The Role**

BCHA is search for a dynamic HR Administrator to join our team. The role will provide excellent administration across all areas of HR. In addition the role will provide excellent customer service to all of our customers supporting the day-to-day running of BCHAs telephony, electronic communications, and enquiry desk.

**Please note all applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless medically exempt) to be able to fulfil this role.**

**JOB PURPOSE**:

- To work effectively as a part of the Business Support Function
- To deliver people processes through the day to day delivery of standardised processes.
- Contribute to the effective the delivery of all BCHAs service.
- To support the work delivered by Business Support Department. Business Support Covers Housing, Property, HR, IT, Business Processes and Projects

- Supporting Shortlisting with hiring manager
- Arranging interviews
- Completing Referencing checks
- Induction training
- Disclosure & Barring Service

- Onboarding User in systema
- ordering uniform
- Preparing Contracts and Induction packs.
- To maintain BCHA people data across business systems.
- Produce accurate standard HR documents using templates.
- Create monthly reports to manage BCHAs:

- Right to work Checks
- DBS Renewals
- Return to works
- Probation reviews
- 1-2-1
- Sickness Absence KPIs
- Other adhoc people reports as required.
- To maintain effective people records and ensure to archive leavers in line with GDPR.
- Monitoring BCHAs training records
- To support people projects such as staff survey
- To support HR processes as note taker
- To undertake training as required to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the role.
- To provide cover for the Business Support Officers
- All applicants are inducted in a timely lean process.
- BCHA has accurate current people data across business systems.
- Standard documents are produced with a hight level of accuracy.
- Monthly reports are produced ensuring people processes are complete and current.
- All data is managed in line with GDPR.
- BCHA has a well trained workforce which meets the requirement of the business and regulators.
- BCHA has regular feedback from staff.
- Managers are supported in the completion of HR processes.
- Any training required is completed.
- The role of Business Support Officer is covered when required.
