The role requires a minimum of one day per week on site, with occasional travel to London as needed.The Knowledge Schools Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual to assist the Bedford based HR Advisor.We are looking for a dynamic, efficient and highly motivated individual to join our busy fast paced HR department. The suitable candidate will have HR experience and will ideally have a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate.Ideally you will have at least two year’s experience of working in an office and have experience with recruitment administration, processing DBS applications and a sound knowledge of safer recruitment guidelines. Knowledge of HR administration and the requirements of HR data management in a school setting would be advantageous.You will need to be self-managing, PC literate, with an eye for detail and able to perform a wide variety of tasks to a high standard. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, be a team player and support the Trust’s schools.Our central services team, is based in two locations in London and Bedford and undertakes the main finance, administration and HR function providing support to nine schools, two Secondaries including Sixth Forms and seven primary schools (four schools in London and 5 in Buckinghamshire/ Bedfordshire), for a staff body of around 520.
