We are currently working with a globally renowned software vendor who following significant investment are developing a new solution are looking to create a new team to help take this product to market. They are part of a £2B group that sell FinTech solutionsin to FS firms and SMB'S. They are now looking for a number of Business Development Manager's to help take the business through their next phase of growth.

Their software allows companies to accurately understand the predicted performance of their business and manage the risks and opportunities that lie ahead. This role is responsible for leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities.Primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales.

You will need to have experience in a challenging new business role and comfortable working with a fast sales cycle. The current teams are closing between 10 - 15 deals per month with an average sales cycle of 30 days so being able to work in a fast pacedenvironment is essential. Their office is based in Brighton however this role can be worked from anywhere in the UK. However ideally you will be based from the South.

You will have experience in a B2B sales role or alternatively someone that has had their own business previously could work.

The role requires at least 2 years previous experience in: Business Development Manager
- Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers
- Developing opportunities in target markets with support of marketing
- Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts
- Hosting online product demonstrations/customer webinars
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients
- Providing specialist advice on the products and/or services
- Solid CRM, preferably Hubspot, experience is essential
- This role can be fully remote and the team is a mix of fully remote and part-remote and are an inclusive team that values collaboration. They have a great company culture that will allow you to grow into the role in a way that works for you. Their headoffice is based in Brighton.
