**About us**
The Vale of Glamorgan Adult Community Learning Service offers a wide range of learning opportunities for adults. This includes the Welsh Government funded Get Back On Track programme which provides a programme of skills and qualifications to those eligible including Essential and Digital Skills, Employability, Communication and Engagement activities. Courses are accredited and take place both daytime and in the evenings at Main centres and outreach venues throughout the Vale
**About the role**
Pay Details: JNC Youth and Community point 19-22
£34,745 - £37,467 pro rata
£27,702-£29,872 actual salary
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 29.5 hours per week (0.7973 FTE)
Monday to Friday. Applicants will be required to work a minimum of one evening per week during term time. Occasional Saturdays and additional evenings as required. Working patterns to be agreed with the line manager.
Main Place of Work: Palmerston Community Learning Centre

**Description**: The Vale’s Adult Community Learning service is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced coordinator to drive the Digital Skills Curriculum for the Welsh Government Funded Get Back on Track Programme.
The Coordinator will lead a team of tutors in delivering a high quality programme of learning. They will work with managers and the accreditation officer to support the quality assurance process in accordance with the requirements of Awarding bodies and the Estyn Framework.
**About you**
- You will require a relevant Digital Skills qualification and be qualified and experienced in teaching and training
- You will require good interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively to implement a blended learning approach to meet the needs of a range of learners
- Experience of the processes of Awarding bodies and the standards required by Estyn will be required
