The business has recently undergone an exciting company transition and is now focused on delivering innovative, high-quality experiences while strengthening brand perception and market position.The Role The Digital & Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations brand presence and marketing performance. Responsible for developing marketing strategies, owning the digital roadmap, and leading brand execution, this role will work closely with senior leaders and external partners to elevate both the leisure and hospitality operations. You will oversee the optimisation of digital channels, ensure brand consistency, and drive data-led decision making across the business. The role also includes managing a small team and ensuring continuous improvement of the companys physical and digital footprint.Key responsibilities Develop and implement robust marketing strategies aligned with overarching commercial goals and company vision Own the digital marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities Lead optimisation and performance across website, SEO, paid media, email automation, social media, digital advertising and CRM Ensure all digital content is optimised for visibility, engagement, and performance Build the organisations data and analytics capability, defining KPIs and using insights to drive decision making Act as guardian of the brand and visual identity both internally and externally Oversee the planning, execution and performance of ongoing and one-off marketing campaigns Approve daily brand and marketing activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment Work consultatively with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies, ensuring design integrity and brand cohesion Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities Integrate marketing activity across departments, locations and channels to maximise impact Review products and services to ensure they are fit for purpose and appropriately positioned in the market Collaborative ownership of brand position across all external and internal channels Partner with the management team to maximise commercial opportunities Lead and develop a small marketing team, supporting their professional growth Manage marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI Develop smarter customer segments and tailored engagement strategies Produce accurate reports, tracking performance against KPIs and informing continuous improvement Support the enhancement of both physical and digital brand touchpoints Candidate Profile This is a senior role and requires a candidate currently operating at a managerial level within marketing/digital. Masters Degree in International Marketing or a relevant marketing discipline Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand strategy Strong problem-solving skills and digital marketing expertise Highly organised with excellent project management ability Collaborative team player with a commitment to shared success Desirable Skills and abilities Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design International marketing experience Experience producing video content Strong creative sensibility and brand storytelling ability Whats on Offer Up to 55k (DOE) Up to 10% Matched Pension 36 days holiday (inc bank holidays) Company discounts Employee Assistance Programme Life AssuranceTPBN1_UKTJ
