As a Digital Learning Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to support our Organisational Development and Learning Strategy by revolutionising the digital learning experiences available to our talented staff. **About the role** Pay Details**: Grade 7, SCP 20-25, £28,371 - £32,020

**Hours of Work**:37 Hours / Flexible

**Main Place of Work**: Hybrid. Min 2 days per week in the office.

Here's what you'll be doing in this crucial role:

- **Owning the Learning Management System (LMS)**: As the guardian of our Learning Management System, you will be responsible for its development, maintenance, and promotion. You will ensure that our LMS remains the go-to hub for all learning activities, maximising its potential to support staff growth and development.
- **Developing Digital Literacy Training**:As part of your role, you will design and deliver digital literacy training programs. By equipping our employees with the essential digital skills, you will empower them to thrive in an increasingly digital workplace. Your expertise will enable our workforce to embrace technological advancements with confidence and efficiency.
