**Overview**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In partnership with Cadoxton Primary School and Victoria Park Community Centre - _
- Develop and manage fundraising, including the day to day management of volunteers
- Develop and implement a long term fundraising strategy for the charity, maximising donations, legacies and gifts to support the charity in achieving its objectives.
- Lead on developing and implementing fundraising functions, including organising events, projects and activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with private, public, charity and third sectors.
- To advocate for Cadog’s Corner with partners, attending sector-related events as a representative for the project.
- Develop and maintain a database that tracks donations, legacies and gifts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the effective operation of the Charity.
- Lead communications and marketing with the wider community.
- Develop systems and processes to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of activities including finances, involvement of fundraisers and volunteers and impact on the community.
- Facilities management, organising and oversight of maintenance, cleaning, open and closing of resources.
- Use evaluation information to continually improve fundraising activities and the operation of the charity’s function.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Understanding of the Cadoxton community.
- Experiences of working with a local community.
- Experience of writing bids and grants.
- Safeguarding.
- DBS check will be required.

**Essential Skills**
- Strong organisational skills.
- Health and Safety.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to create, coordinate and nurture collaboration and partnerships.
- Ability to manage projects and develop plans and strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
