**Role - Customer Service Representative**

**Location - West Malling, Kent (Hybrid)**

**Salary - £21,900 per annum**

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within customer service?

Connect2Staff are working with an award winning and well-established business in the Kings Hill area. Together, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their fun and friendly team on a fixed term contract basis

You will need to have verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multitask with an eye for detail. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, organising and prioritising work whilst being computer illiterate.

Key Job Duties
- Deliver effective and efficient customer service to exciting and prospective customers that seeks to anticipate, respond to and exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Actively promote the businesses products and services to recognise sales opportunities and increase new business through sustaining and upgrading the existing customer base.
- To obtain a high level of knowledge around the systems, processes, and products within the department to the level of being a point of reference for queries, to being able to identify and/or resolve issues and problems.
- Develop excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers to extend network
- Communicate articulately to a high level whether verbal or written communication
- Experience within a customer service role
- Great customer service skills
- Being able for act professionally under pressure
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accuracy and attention to detail is key
