**Job Purpose Summary**
To control the release of production paperwork to the shopfloor. To provide production support regarding documented training, CI and holiday/sickness cover for the production cells. To Assist with all HR admin and provide adhoc assisistance to the Finance Controller. To provide support with Contracts Administration, reviewing and making necessary corrections to information entered.
**Key Responsibilities - Production & Contracts**
- Daily review of Epicor auto-print paperwork. To ensure release control to the shop floor, and paperwork issues are reported to the relevant departments for resolution and actions followed up.
- Expedite JT/GPD/Drawings issued to the floor, which could involve manually printing paperwork.
- Production support for operator training, including new starter enrolment. Responsible for the up-keep of documented training and training matrix.
- Continuous Improvement - help co-ordinate initiatives on the shop floor and all departments which would involve training and audits.
- Production support for bottlenecks in cells (where trained) and holiday cover for cell leaders.
- Scanning of completed paperwork into Docuware. This includes but is not limited to: Customer orders, Internal ECN’s, Accounts payable documents, Project documents, Pods.
- Create Sales orders, enter data into the system retrieved from customer PO’s, enter required data from source documents in the MRP and enter necessary codes
- Confirm accuracy of data such as purchase order number, part number, quantity, on-dock date, delivery location, price and special instructions.
- Reconciliation of customer web portals and order entry
- Work with Contracts team to resolve problems, inconsistencies or missing data from the source documents
**Key Responsibilities - HR element**
- Update and continue to maintain HR records in digital format
- Assist with the on-boarding of new employees ensuring paperwork is completed
- Organise company events - such as Christmas do, Summer barbeque, occasional monthly cake-run
- Help lead and keep track of 5S - (continuous improvement, keeping areas clear and tidy)
- Scanning of HR paperwork where necessary
- Keeping track of holiday and sickness
- Right to work checks when applicable
- Update existing HR paperwork - such as employee handbook and contracts and keep up to date with relevant legislation
- Take ownership of maintenance contracts - such as aircons, water machines, cleaners etc. ensure equipment is maintained when due
- May assist with reporting on Epicor once up to speed
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi task; complete assignments on time
- Strong organisation skills; ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
- MS Office Applications
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
