We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Support Officer to join our friendly and busy Data & Supporter Services team. This is a **full-time, permanent role (hybrid)** role, and in return for your work with us we can offer you a competitive salary of **£26,985 - £33,462 per annum pro rata**.

Working alongside the Fundraising Support Executive (Databases), this new role will provide data inputting and processing to enhance and develop the activity of the Income Generation team. You will also be assisting with data selections, reporting and the development of supporter data to ensure data integrity.

You will be enthusiastic, proactive and have an eye for detail. You will also have experience of data handling, be familiar with using Excel spreadsheets and be able to prioritise and communicate well.

**Essential skills and experience for the role**:

- Experience of data entry and management including maintaining records, importing, and exporting data, responding to queries and providing reports.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Conscientious with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. and interact with colleagues in a helpful and supportive manner.
