**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Coordination**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries, scheduling property viewings, and assisting with follow-up communications.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with preparing property listings and maintain property databases.
- **Documentation Management**: Handle contract preparation, document verification, and ensure all legal and compliance documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Property Listings**: Upload, update, and manage listings on various platforms, ensuring information accuracy, and adding high-quality visuals and details to enhance visibility.
- **Reporting and Tracking**: Maintain records of sales transactions, and monitor client feedback to support continual improvement.
- **Calendar Management**: Organise and coordinate meetings, viewings, and key dates to keep the sales team on schedule and well-prepared.
- **Marketing Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign materials, and assist with social media posts or advertising efforts as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries, and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction and build positive relationships.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in administration, property sales, or a related field preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and property management platforms or similar.
