The role forms part of the team based at Haversham House, Bedford; responsible for the effective operation of the Outsourced Administrative function for a major OEM customer within BCA’s Remarketing Solutions division. The senior administrative function is primarily focussed on remarketing and inventory management, although also supports the wider business including defleet and Logistics. The role involves managing data and process flows for a large volume of vehicles using various BCA internal systems.

The senior administrator will support the Operations supervisor in all the day to day administrative activities. Assist with training and developing the Administration Team to ensure that all employees are competent in their duties. Support the customer service specialist with sale day/post sale admin. Manage and resolve pre and post sales issues, queries, or complaints in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Complete various administrative tasks and follow a range of business processes, update in-house systems in accordance with business requirements.
- Managing stock and allocating vehicles into the appropriate sales channel.
- Develop understanding and skills using an Inventory Management System (IMS) and reporting tools.
- Action any issues, queries, or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved in a timely fashion and to all parties’ satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the BMW Administration Team Leader.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
- Provide a range of supporting actions for the sales team including supporting auction processes
