**The Business**
A video game publishing company behind some of the worlds best known console, PC and mobile games by supporting game developers reach wider audiences, build stronger video games through technical support and raise funding as required.

**The Job**
As an Assistant Producer you will be responsible for helping to shape production pipelines with external developer partners of all sizes from one man teams to larger studios with Game Designers, Art Directors, Producers and Technical Directors.

Reporting to the VP Publishing PC & Console you’ll be accountable for ensuring developer partners meet milestones and quality targets, creating and improving processes. You will coordinate with departments such as marketing, QA, localisation and customersupport, tracking and resolving issues, and seeking out opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating stand-up meetings with the development team, taking notes, identifying action points and following up accordingly
- Tracking and ensuring that products achieve key milestones and KPIs
- Identifying issues and working with the QA/CS team to find reproducible steps
- Liaising and managing relationships with development partners, outsourcers, and commercial partners to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Take responsibility for ensuring the game meets high-quality and production standards
- Managing budgets for games and creating detailed reports
- Working with key platform holders to foster positive relationships and maximise game potential
- Manage the game throughout the first-party submission process to ensure timely and successful launch

You will be expected to work from the office in Soho, London at least once per week.
- 2+ Years’ experience in a Production Role
- Have worked on a title that launched to market for either Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch or PC
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varying workload
- Works effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Has an eye for detail, to ensure that all information is accurate
- Immaculate written and verbal communication skills
- A logical approach to problem-solving
- An innate understanding of the video game industry, you are both interested and excited by new games, mechanics and trends
- A hunger to learn
