We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Advisors & Telesales Advisors at our Cardiff and Merthyr branches.

**About the roles**:
We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. This is a permanent and full-time position. Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

**Responsibilities day to day (Telesales Advisors)**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- Manage all Service telephone enquiries on behalf of the dealerships
- Qualify service needs and promote sales through service opportunities where relevant
- Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of work to be carried out
- Manage any necessary liaison with department managers regarding customer feedback
- Understand and adhere to the brand service requirements
- Maintain product knowledge, possess a keen attention to detail and ability to drive your own performance

**Responsibilities day to day (Customer Service & Sales Advisors)**:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements
- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager
- Co-ordinate and work alongside the sales manager
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty
- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

**About you**:
Essential:

- Full UK manual driving licence
- Customer centric attitude
- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers
- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)

Desirable:

- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role
