**The role**
As a Marketing Executive at the CIPD, you will be a key player in supporting some of our innovative marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Campaign Manager, you'll delve into the nuts and bolts of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring our messages resonate well with our target customers across various channels. Your knack for clear communication and collaboration will foster meaningful interactions with stakeholders and channel owners, propelling the CIPD’s message farther and wider.
This role sits within one of the brand campaign teams in the CIPD’s Marcomms department. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping campaigns and communications that influence customer perceptions and grow brand awareness and engagement. You’ll also support the delivery of the CIPD’s ambitious behaviour change campaign strategy, collaborating with channel owners to ensure consistent messaging and engaging content to drive change for better work and working lives.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Campaign Planning Assistance: Contribute to the detailed planning of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the CIPD’s brand objectives and customer engagement goals by joining forces with the Campaign Manager and other stakeholders to brainstorm and shape campaign strategies that hit the mark with our customer base.
- Campaign Execution: Support in coordinating campaigns across various owned and supported channels, maintaining a keen eye for messaging consistency and impact.
- Coordinate with channel owners and other marcomms colleagues in markets for a smooth campaign roll-out, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
- Channel and Market Coordination: Liaising with channel owners of Press and PR, Digital platforms, Social media, Events and Sponsorship ensuring coherent campaign execution.
- Work closely with supported channels like Branches, Customer facing teams, Channel partners, and Customer communities to ensure synchronised campaign messaging and execution.
- Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Evaluating channel and campaign performance through reports and dashboards derived from the Analytics and Performance activity.
- Implement required optimisations to ramp up campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stakeholder and Influencer Engagement: Help in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and channel partners to broaden campaign reach and impact.
- Aid in ensuring clear communication and coordination with stakeholders across various departments and external partners.
- Strategic input and development Develop an understanding of the wider strategy driving the campaigns team and the specific focus of your campaign area and look to actively support and improve this strategy using a customer-first approach.
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Relevant experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Experience in campaign coordination, multi-channel marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to evaluate campaign performance and suggest optimisations.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and performance analytics platforms
- Demonstrate an organised and efficient approach to work, able to prioritise effectively and juggle multiple competing demands.
