Marketing Executive

**Location**: Hyrbrid working, this will be a mixture of working from home and a minimum of 2/3 days a week in the office (Wimbledon HQ)

**Contract type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full time (35 hours per week)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our ambitious Marketing Team based at our newly refurbished HQ office in Wimbledon.

Role/Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team in achieving key business and strategic marketing growth objectives

Manage end to end campaign delivery ensuring campaigns meet data protection regulation and regulatory standards

Recommend innovative marketing campaign ideas and new initiatives to help grow business

Liaise with internal stakeholders and prepare documentation (creative briefs etc) required as part of internal processes to launch campaigns

Support with the development and optimisation of our BAU marketing contact strategy

Conduct Test & Learn initiatives beyond our BAU campaigning to enhance and grow our campaigns and channels

Work closely with Data Science and other internal analytical teams to set up reporting and monitor, present and optimise campaign performance

Continuous analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns and journeys to improve performance

Supporting in leading on business wide ‘Campaign Working Groups’ - collating key updates and actions and circulating and presenting to the wider business

Person Specification

Project management and organisational skills

Personable individual with strong stakeholder management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident presenting and leading on meetings

Proven time management skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Experience or understanding of what working for a regulated business involves (desirable, not essential)

**Experience with MS Office**: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook

Some Marketing experience desirable (a degree in Marketing is preferable, but not essential)
