**The role**

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join us and support the delivery of marketing plans and activities that supports the acquisition, retention, and engagement of employers (e.g. organisations). You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team and take full ownership for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across our key global markets. Your role will include:

- Executing multi-channel and content marketing campaigns that deliver annual targets
- Generating MQLs (e.g. Marketing qualified leads)
- Developing marketing assets that are customer-led and used across multiple channels
- Regularly reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and budgets
- Supporting the development of future marketing programmes
- Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective marketing programmes.

**To be successful, you’ll need**:

- Strong digital and direct marketing background
- Experience of planning and delivering marketing campaigns
- To be commercially aware and results-driven with strong focus on lead generation
- Excellent communication, creativity and writing skills
- Good stakeholder management experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
