Marketing Executive

**OVERALL SUMMARY**

Join Close Brothers Marketing Team where you will works to deliver a wide range of brand, marketing and communications activities to build, grow and maintain existing broker relationships and build a brand that will entice prospective partners. Working as part of the Marketing team our ideal team member will have previous experience in the delivery of multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns to achieve long-term strategic and short-term objectives with excellent verbal, written and presentational skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Support the Marketing Manager with the creation and tactical delivery of the marketing and communications strategy.
- Support the Broker Training Team to increase training take up.
- Support the Sales Team to win new broker tenders and build strong relationships with existing brokers.
- Ensuring new broker partners are onboarded appropriately and feel engaged through the process via good quality marketing communications.
- Log all marketing invoices ensuring they are processed, and suppliers are paid, on time.
- Coordinate the approval of marketing materials and manage the contents of the merchandise portal.
- Ensure that the broker activity calendar is kept updated, budget is managed effectively, and monthly reports are accurate and timely.
- Effectively work with marketing agencies, supporting the Marketing Manager to ensure good outcomes

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE**:

- Marketing experience in insurance or financial services
- An understanding of business-related performance metrics
- Proactive and flexible, taking ownership of tasks
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to agree timeframes
- Experience of building and analysing campaigns
- Experience of working with agencies - design and creative
- Passionate about marketing and driving great customer experience

**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE**:

- Specific B2B marketing experience
