We are now looking for a Membership Executive to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Benefits**

**The Role**

As a Membership Executive, you will be responsible for servicing and growing new membership accounts.

Providing a consultative, relationship building sales approach, you’ll ensure customer needs are met and strive to achieve new business targets.

You’ll proactively recruit potential members and increase membership retention, delivering regular account management and customer care and identifying accounts that require preventative action.

Additionally, you’ll promptly respond to enquiries and membership requests and maintain timely and accurate records within the CRM system.

**About You**
To be considered as a Membership Executive, you will need:

- Experience of hitting targets within business-to-business sales, service and retention
- Experience of using CRM Systems and other software to manage customer accounts and provide customer care
- To be skilled at consultative and relationship building sales methods and/or experience of customer facing service provision and/or account management
