**Job Summary**
Join a dynamic printed packaging company. We are looking for a proactive organised individual to manage day to day admin tasks which will include some accounts and social media.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero and manage office supplies inventory

**Skills**
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with Xero is advantage but not essential
- Strong clerical experience, demonstrating the ability to manage paperwork efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues

Happy for flexible hours if the individual wants to work school hours this can be discussed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
