**Experience**
- Previous experience in business administration a must
- Customer service experience is critical
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Call handling (inbound & outbound)
- Data entry and database management
- Experience in the hospitality industry and an interest technology a plus
- IT literate (MS office is a must)

**The Opportunity**

**The Role**
- Handling customer account queries & qualifying inbound sales enquiries
- Making and confirming appointments
- Outbound lead generation calls
- Managing and updating our prospect and client databases
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, events and marketing (including social media)
- Preparing and sending client proposals and order documentation
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Managing customer accounts and dealing with payment queries
- Sending statements and chasing payments
- Liaising with internal/external team, clients and suppliers
- Generating regular reports for the senior management team
- General office administration duties
